Which One Would You All Prefer?

Don't Put Price Into Consideration...

But Performance Wise....

MP99 or AT700 or Gosen 5300 or MP100?

G'day,

I personally would recommand MP90/99. I my opinion the fastest swinging all round MP-style racket and is also almost the most powerful MP racket I've ever owned. (and do I own a few! ;) )

My favourite though, would be Cab20, 21 & 22 original. Really don't like the AT700 that much from my experience with it.

I would recommend MP-99 for sure since it's good for every area of use (singles, doubles, offensive, and defensive)

MP-100 is also a good choice but I think MP99 is easier to swing than MP100
Gosen racquets.......I have never used it before, so I can not tell.

AT700 is not easy for defensive use since it's so head-heavy and it's hard to get the racquet back after a full swing if you have just a little time.

Has to be a toss up between the 99 and AT700 but for very different reasons.

I think the 99 is more of an attacking racket but the AT700 wins it because it is one of the lightest rackets I have ever used and shots are just effortless.

It's all a matter of personal preference. I happen to have the MP90 (2U), MP100 (2U) and AT700 (3U). Plus I've tried out the Gosen 5300 (2U) before.

These are my opinions:

Head Heavy
(from most head heavy to least)
AT700 (quite head heavy), Gosen 5300 (head heavy), MP100 (slightly head heavy) , MP90 (even balanced).

Power
(from most powerful to least)
AT700 & MP100, Gosen 5300, MP90

Maneuvarability
(from most maneuvarable to least)
MP90, Gosen 5300, MP100, AT700

Overall, it really depends on the individual. The 4 rackets you mentioned are very powerful high end rackets in their own right.

I've not used the Gosen 5300 long enough to make a decision on it but I still prefer the AT700 and MP100 anyday. Oh yes, plus the Iso Ti Swing Power SX as well.

I've used an Mp 99 (3u) AT700 (3U) and mp 100 (3U)

To me, Mp 99 is the best choice for me. It's the racket the swings the fastest, and I generate most of my hard shots through fast swings. And as an extra bonus it has the best feel and touch. Head heavy rackets to me is like losing an arm.
