I string my MP100 at 25 lbs using BG85. I intend to restring it at 27 lbs later today! I'll tell you if it cracks : )

Just to let you know, i have a Ti-7 that i've strung at 25lbs. Its not a problem for these new rackets.....

Stringing quality makes a difference too!
If your stringer isn't a good one, I guarantee you that your racquet might not even last past your warm up. :)

String it to suit your style of play.
Just because someone recommends something to you, does not mean you will perform well with that tension.

I have an ISO 300 SP(first gen), strung at 24lb. no cracking on such an old racquet...so u can definetly go over 25

Ya... Stting it to ur own style of playing as for me, i normally strung my racquet to 19lbs for more feel and defensive play. Higher tension made me feel nothing when i hit the cork.

umm...let's see....how about black string for your mp100 and white for the Ti-7? Or blue, I like blue.

My MP100 was strung with BG85 at 25 lbs. I've also played with a MP77 with BG85 at 26 lbs. There shouldn't have any problem for tension within 30 lbs for these high-end racquets if you can find a good stringer.

Of course, as many other ppls (actually, what exactly is ppl meant ?) said, make sure to choose tension which fits your style, instead of blindly getting higher tension.

If you want your MP100 to look really tight, get red 65Ti strings and red grip..you're made there...hehe

bg65ti comes in red????????!!!!!!!!!
i got yellow bg65s on my iso300(black and red frame), and it doesnt look that great...think red would be pretty good.

Yeah Shaun, Byro-Nenium said that in Singapore they have red and black BG-65 Ti strings. (Black is available in the US..well..at BadmintonAlley.com..). I've tried to ask if he would get me some, but he didn't reply.
