Well the tall one is Guan Wei zhen and they are

posing in front of the Guang zhou city badminton association

that's for sure.

Guan is the lady who made everything happen. she organized the TC/UC 2002 with only a few months' notice and she organized the past 2 China Opens. they have secured another 5 years' right to China Open in Guangzhou. so if you miss this year, there is always next year (that's what i tell myself for missing this year's edition..0
