I used to play with a 22lbs tension on my Ti-10 but recently changed the tension to 26lbs. I felt i needed more power. Does higher string tensions affect the manueverability of the frame/racket in anyway?

thanx for all replies and sorry for my spelling.......

I can't think of why it should do but it might feel that way because of the shuttle spending less time on the strings.

Did this increase in string tension result in an notable increase in power. Also what do you think of the Ti-10, as I am considering purchasing one. Do you reccommend it to a power player.

Its a great racket if you use it properly. Yes there was an obvious increase in power

Hi Byro,

You need to be careful about stringing tensions. Higher does always reflect amount of power. That's string dependent. I felt plenty of strings just die when you string them up at 28-30 lbs. The sweet spot becomes very small.

Just a FYI.
