Has anyone tried out Karakal yet? I was wondering how the SL70 or Ti75 would play...both of which are VERY vERY VERY VERY light racquets....i was wondering if it was possible to get any sort of power from these racquets heh heh.

i've tried the ti75 and i can personally say it feels wierd at first, but once you get a handle on it, BAM. it's head heavy and i think it was strung at around 30 lbs, but it did generate quite a bit of power. one drawback i saw was the price which made me feel that i was better off getting a yonex racquet.

Shaun, I'm offering anyone interested in Toronto or Edmonton to try out my selection...I have SL70, SL80, Ti75...all strung at 24 lbs...since you have my email address, you can email me and see if we can meet up one day and you can try them out...

If anyone else is interested, email me at tangjack@yahoo.com
All welcome!

You can't really expect yourself to get adjusted to these racquets because it's very different from other racquets...the main difference is that it's very light...if you're wondering would you be able to generate any power from a smash...come meet up w/ me and I'll show you my smashes using each one and you can judge for yourself after you've seen my smashes.

Jack.

Jack, how about the quality? Do you feel they're solid? Any breakages or cracks? My guess is that you'd have to sacrifice something to make a racquet that light...
