This has to do about 2U, and 3U frames...
I know some of you are asking for 3U frames now because of the weight balance... however I find that I can counter balance the racquet fine by adding a layer or two of Yonex Grap, not crap... GRAP.

Does the 2U weight really bother some of you that much now?
or is it just a phase?

Also... since there is less material in the racquet, to weigh it down... are you going to set your string tension any looser?
because from posts I've read, there is less strength in the frame, that is how they got the frame to be lighter, by taking out some material...

I'm using 3U Ti10s right now, and 2U Cab22.
Although I've found I really do like the sounds produced from the Ti10... I find that the Cab is much more stable, and solid when hitting the shuttle.
I think it's because of the extra weight in the head to dampen some of the shock.
I have yet to try out a 2U Ti10... however when I can find one, besure that I will post an indepth review of the variations in the racquets, and how I liked/or disliked them.
So far I noticed all the indepth reviews are of high praise.. actually, that just proves another point...
All racquets are good, just for different people.
Perception... isn't it just the most fascinating thing? :)

I'm not sure... was that in the wrong topic?
I think it was.
it's having to do with strings... so that's equipment.
sorry.
my bad... my bad.
