I like watching Ji Xin Peng's game quite alot, most of his games consist of long rallies. As a control type of player, pin point accuracy is essential so when he's not in form, he just simply give away easy points. I also found that he's a player very economic on his footworks and his forehand clears are very deceptive too! Just my 2 cents~

Ji was so loud in his semi final and final games at the Olympics, even Gade a couple of times went up to the umpire to ask that it be lowered down or something to that effect. I admit, when Ji is on fire, no body can stop him, too bad he isn't playing anymore.

...won the gold at such a young age and dissapeared from badminton scene....wat a luck !!!!

but...compare to all other china players like xia, chen hong, lindan, sun jun, dong jiong ant etc....ji can be considered the weakest....

Averaged out in terms of success over their respective careers, you're probably right. At least he does have an olympic gold to show for it, something which the others can't match. :p
