http://azureus.sourceforge.net
Download, install and open
View --> Configuration --> Tracker --> insert your IP into tracker external IP address
Then
File --> Create a Torrent --> should be straight forward from here
Just don't forget to open that torrent which you created or there's no seed.

e-mule has the videos for download. it's slow. but if you do a search for badminton it will turn up some videos for free. Han has a great collection of DVDs for sale as well. I orderd up 2 sets and must say I am very happy. Just do a search in the market place forum for Han's post.

I tried to use BT a week ago, but it gave me a lot of troubles. The worst thing was, it uses my hard drive a lot. Especially on the space.

Also, it gave me so many fragmented files........I wonder how they can improve this.

So far, I don't find anything better than using CD-Rs.

All of the current sharing softwares uses/damages your hard drive little by little every day.

If you are talking about transmitting files, I would definetely say ICQ since it's easy to use and fast, but the cons is it's only good between friends for safty reasons.
(I am able to transfer files between my computers at 4000K+ speed with ICQ, and I think that's like sonic:))
