Does anyone know what is happening with badmintongallery.com?
On 18th of February I got the mail containing the following:
"Sorry ... i am not able to upload any new videos til today ...

but dont worry ... i would start uploading again by tomorrow ... (i encounter tonnes of problems with my shopping cart upgrades) ... looks like problems are nearly solved and i am able to spend my time uploading the videos again."

I am the paying member, so I could had downloaded all the videos before. Before, new videos had not been uploaded for some time, but I could had accessed the download page. Now, I can't even access the badminton download page any more. I login at http://www.badmintongallery.com/joinmember/member.php . After that I get "Your Membership Information" page. However, when I click at "Badminton Download Monthly Membership" link, another window opens where I have to enter some other password.
I am not sure if I am the only one with this problem or everybody has it. I wrote an e-mail at sw_76@yahoo.com and support@badmintongallery.com, but I haven't got the answer.
I hope that everything is ok with Swijaya and badmintongallery

i had the exact same problem as you. so for now i just canceled my subscription.

I've the same problem for more than a month already. I email the support twice without any reply. I'm just dying to see more new videos :(

Every one should cancel their membership.

The support team has announced that the service will be free from March. So all the people who paid up for a whole year are basically screwed. But good for everyone else presumably.

I am experiencing the login problem too, and have had no direct reply for a very long time.

All badminton videos at badmintongallery.com would be available for download for free starting 20th March 2004, so you dont need to be a member to download.

How and where to cancel the membership?
Any help is welcomed.

1)login ur member account
2)there should be a cancel hyperlink on the right hand site
3) click cancel and u will be transfer to paypal
4) cancel ur subscription from paypal
5) wa Lah

To summerize:
First, I login at http://www.badmintongallery.com/joinmember/member.php
and than the Your Membership Information page opens. However there are only the following hyperlinks on the page:
1. Badminton Download Monthly Membership (I can't enter this one)
2. Logout
3. Change Password/Edit Profile
and there is also Order button.
Are we talking about thr same page?????


Also, if someone know where is the SEAGAMES 2004 folder swijaya mentions?

Hate to disappoint you but those sites are down according to some in the forum. You best bet for baddy video is still thru Han Cheong. Tourney matches on his VHS-converted DVDs are of decent quality. I dealt with him once and I will deal with him again. Well worth your time and money to get baddy videos from him.

On the badmintongallery site, it states that this year's ALL-England videos are currently being upoaded and that the server is not yet ready to the public.

I'm sure we will be informed in due time.

They still say: "PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU CANCEL YOUR PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTION ASAP!!!"

Hi all,... apparently badmintoncity and badmintongallery are opened to the public after march 20th... Has anybody been able to download videos off the sites yet? I keep visiting badminton city but there hasnt been an update...


I think they should really setup bittorent on their server. It would really take away from the megabandwith usage. ALl they need to do is setup a tracker!!!!!!!!!!! Way more economical and efficient.. the people that are downloading are providing the bandwith and just not leeching.. . like i find hte majority of selfish internet users are. They like to leech but not share.


Anyways, my two cents.. if anybody know the operators of the site they should bring bittorrent to their attention.
