Generally when manufacturers say their racquet have titanium in them, they mean that titanium meshes are added at certain places to reinforce the carbon-graphite frame. Titanium is supposed to be stiffer, and therefore contributes to a more efficient power transfer.
As to whether your racquet is real or not, generally you wouldn't have to worry about someone trying to make a fake, non-Yonex racquet.
For the 2U/G4 stuff, they refer to the racquet weight and grip size. Please refer to the equipment FAQ (http://www.badmintonforum.com/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=46) here for details.
