Usually means "challanged"...does this apply to rackets too (like in video cards)?

So for example Cab20 Special is somewhat cheaper than Cab20, and from what I gather in BF it seems the quality is a bit worse. What in what way is it worse?

I am intermediate level but don't play competition much, so would I even notice the defects, and does the increase performance justify paying the higher price for the non-special version?

The guys are probably too inundated and tired to type "It's been discussed before. Do a search."
