Chen/Zhao can't even beat a temporary pair that probably never even played together before???

It looked easy on the tv for Lin. Xia didnt really pressure him, most of his points were easy counter attacks when Lin was trying something too clever. I didnt read too mcuh into it though, as they both were fairly easy about it.

The WS game was much closer, and both played quite well. I thought Zhang Ning was not trying fully however, as she rarely smashed, relying more on her placement. Didnt see theXD.

hai... oh well i think cqqztt are really the ultimate defensive pair... they are always more than happy to lift lift lift... i'm surprised to some extent that zhang huang beat them... but then again... zhang huang is probably one of the most unbalanced combination of power power power and more power in the chinese team (IMHO)... or maybe... someone's injured? :(

Lin vs Xia and Gong vs Zhang were on CCTV5 2000-2100 Last Night.
Not sure about the others.

About Zhang Jun/Huang Sui I KNow what you are saying about unbalnced attack, imagine the smashes in those games. BTW Gao Ling Is the one that is injured (Zhang's/Huang's partners)

Maybe his parents are very traditional and stopped him from using his left hand for "formal/presentable" occasions/activities. Same thing happened with my dad, he's left handed but writes and uses chopsticks right handed(because it'd be embarassing to the family) if he did those things left handed.

Or some people could just be mildly ambidextrous. I got friends who were right-handed but played hockey left-handed.

Some people I know don't have a backhand to speak of. They instead have two forehands.
