MS: Peter Gade, Kenneth Jonassen.
WS: Camilla Martin, Tine Rasmussen.
MD: Jonas Rasmussen/Lars Paaske, Jens Eriksen/Martin Lundgaard.
WD: Rikke Olsen/Ann Lou Jørgensen, Mette Schjoldager/Pernille Harder.
MX: Jonas Rasmussen/Rikke Olsen, Jens Eriksen/Mette Schjoldager.
MS: I think Denmark has got a good chance with Gade seeded as 4, and Kenneth playing very well.
WS: I think Camilla will do well, and Tine is in a learning period so dont expect to much of her.
MD: 2 very good pairs I think they both could win gold, they have both proven that they can win big tournaments.
WD: Denmark hasnt got a chance.
MX: We might have got a chance for a medal, but they cant beat Kim/Ra, but maybe with a lucky draw a place in the final.

Agreed on all counts, but WD may have slight chance for medal, dependent on draw. They havent been on form though really.

I totally agree that the Danish WD don't stand a chance.
This is meant as a joke (please do not take offence), but we have a saying in Denmark that the only annoying thing about WD is the length of the line in the caffeteria.
What is meant by this is that it can sometimes be quite boring to watch WD because the rallies get so long due to the fact that the girls seem to be almost equal to the men when it comes to deffence, but lack power and therefore have a comparably weaker offence.
AND - it seems to me that the Danish WD even though they definetely try hard must admit that they simply are not as strong neither physically nor mentally as some of the other WD's and that they therefore against the stronger opponents seem to do quite well in the beginning of the match, but then fall apart in the end.
What can be learned from that. I guess only that the Danish WD's needs to work even harder just like the MD's did just a few years ago - which now seems to have paid off (Rasmussen/Paaske and old-boys Eriksen/Lundgaard).
Other then that - well, let's just say that I have the impression that the Danish players have peaked too early this year and that it will be very difficult for the Danish team to collect even 1 or 2 medals at the olympic games.
I hope I am wrong.. but I have not been impressed with the latest results..
I agree Denmark have good chances in md and ms, they tend to perform well at the biggest events (AE, WC) recently.
I don't think Camilla has a chance sadly, unless she can make major recovery in form in next couple of months, with Mia back to her best, plus 3 chinese even making a semi would be a massive achievement.
In mixed Gold and SIlver would seem logically to Korea and China then there are a group of 7 pairs : Korea 2, ENg, Den 1&2, China2, Thai 1, Ina, any of which can beat another on their day, it will all depend on the draw and who handles the pressure best.

She is highly motivated.
Her injure is recover and hope that she will get back to her top performence on time.
This is the last Olympic for her, farther more maybe her last chance to collect a medal to end her great carrier.
I really want to see her to get her medal for her last Olympic.
