Technology includes a V-joint, some Kevlar/graphite composite etc. I also saw the new model Wilson K-Smash, a blue-ish racquet, nice colors. -Silver- 07-25-2009, 11:51 PM Anybody knows where to get SHB101MX at the lowest price? I hv bought for a friend last week at Classic Sport, and according to Mr. Soh, the IP code is better than JP code :D no idea whether this is just gimmick to promote his selling or whatever .... because I never use high-end Yonex :D I cant say that Mr Soh is right or wrong on this matter. Probably he has exposed to more IPs than JPs when he do his stringing and selling of items. Personally I think both is equally good but JP has better made/quality than IPs rackets. If you can get a hold on IP rackets... i would advice you to do so. Its rarer to get an IP than JP as well. Whenever players go to Japan Open, all of them request for JPs even when there are IPs for them. As in tournaments outside Japan, mostly of the rackets issued are IPs. wocdam 07-27-2009, 07:13 AM I cant say that Mr Soh is right or wrong on this matter. Whenever players go to Japan Open, all of them request for JPs even when there are IPs for them. As in tournaments outside Japan, mostly of the rackets issued are IPs. regarding this, i think i can understand what Soh meant. I bought one AT700 IP for my friend from him, and before he strung the racket, i test out the racket frame by flexing the frame head. Not much of a budge, and definitely very sturdy. (in case you didn't know, i weigh 200+lbs and broke some rackets with my bare hands before). the IP version also is not that head heavy, but delivers powerful shots, doesn't give up that much in defense. (couldn't resist trying the racket, as i was a 1st gen AT700 owner once). i can't comment on the quality of materials/ construction as compared to JP version, but this IP is definitely a great racket. Hi and thanks for the reply im asking for the current price right now? and refering to the shop at the far east Plaza, as my friend will go there (as it is the only shop that she knows that sells yonex, im sure theres a lot in Singapore), and she ask me what the price in that shop, for the string question, most of the at900 comes with no string in Indonesia, so im just guessing that the shop, would sell the same (like it comes with the string but they charged more if you string in the shop thingy, well i dunno thou,), most of my friend in Indonesia recommends the shop at Far East Plaza, but the last time they come there is about, 3 years ago... so after i read the forum i know that there is a lot of shops that sell cheaper from the far east plaza shop, but unfortunately me and my friend really dont know our way around Singapore. I mean they are produced under yonex brand but actually designed by Sunrise Singapore, am I right? I am not very sure ... Ultima series are in Malaysia too not just Singapore I bought my Ultima 100 LTD in Malaysia which cost me S$37 compared to Singapore which cost around S$50+. They are much cheaper because they don come with power cushioning and graphite plate in the insole and lateral claws . The one shown in Ultima series is just a piece of carbon lookalike sticker . Thanks Don't know which side of the road is the driving in Vietnam. In Singapore it is traditional British and not pro American which is on the Right. Then, as an island, the roads are arranged in circular fashion. This serves a challenge who got used in a bicycle/motorbike traffic and French flair. Better study carefully the main traffic heart transport of Singapore which is the MRT, Monorail, Skyway or Skytrain. This is the best way to see and shop through the island with the least time and problems. At the arrival airport in Changi, look for those FREE Map stalls, get a modest amount as they have many versions in Chinese and English. Good Luck. niemrieng 10-26-2009, 10:36 PM Thks all for your great support. So far in Sg, they only offer 20% with string+bag+grip.. But another shop is MB sports shop which gv 30% discount and 35% discount for the member, but the poor thing is they order this racket from China website instead from Sg agent directly, and if you hv any problem on the racket, there might be some guarantee/re-claim problem..
