There's two clubs not too far, in Whippany and Parsippany (I don't think its more than 15 minutes, but my sense of time is warped sometimes).

http://njbadminton.com/

and

njbadmintonclub.com

Not sure why the sites not working, but address is

60 N Jefferson Road, Whippany, NJ 07981
Thursdays 7:45 – 10:15
Saturday 7:00 – 10:30
Sunday 6:00 – 9:30

no prob. I play at the whippany location, it's pretty good, i like the people there, the two drawbacks are that there's no AC as the ac blowing impacts the flight of the shuttle, and that it can be crowded at times.

Its ok pal, besides, having no AC adds up to more sweating . being at beginners level still, can I be accomodated to join the group? do u have any info on where I could buy yonex (carbonex) rackets around town? As I've said, "am just new in the area.
Thank u so much!!!!
