Hi there,

is there anyone who knows if there are still tickets available for the olympics?

I tried to order on 'http://www.tickets.athens2004.com/' but when clicking on 'Request Tickets' it does not show a menu to select the qauntity and price level to actually make the order.. do more of you have this problem?

Or is everything booked full long ago?
How to make an order???

HELP!!

Is there anyone who can test this for me? Do you get the possibility to select a quantity/price level and place orders?

I've just tried and I'm not having any problems. After you click on 'Request Tickets' for the session you want, you go to a screen that has information about the times and the venue on the left. On the right, below the seating information, it gives you the choice of how many tickets you want, and you can then add these to the shopping list.

Have you got accommodation sorted Zax? There's not much available in and around Athens.

You are right! It works again...

Apparently the ticket ordering site has been down yesterday, that was why I could not make any orders!
Thanks.... Yes accomodation is arranged, and flight.

Glad to hear you are sorted. What days are you going for? Are you watching anything other than badminton?

20-22 August, but it's not sure that I can go - it all depends on the work schedule.

I plan to pick one other sport besides badminton. Are you planning to go, Jonno?

Zax,

May I ask you where did you find your accomadation? I've been looking for accomadation for a long time and I couldn't find it. I had plans to go to athens and I sorted the tickets for flights and matches but couldn't find accomadation. All the accomadations I found were £1200 for three nights.

Is there anymore accomadation left? please let me know.

I've got a clearance from work now but indeed the accomodation is a problem. I'm trying to stay with a friend who shares an appartement there because other wise the trip is becoming extremely expensive.....

In some places prices are more than 5 times as high as normally and still booked full.... :(

So let me know if you find a cheap solution.

I plan to pick one other sport besides badminton. Are you planning to go, Jonno?Yes I'm going from the 15th to the 20th, watching four days of badminton and one evening of tennis. Well done for finding someone to stay with, you're saving a fortune in accommodation that way. :)

It's not confirmed yet.... and I'll pay my share for the accomodation, but I'm sure that I would not be able to go when I had to find my own accomodation now. Hardly everything is full, and the rest is extremely expensive.
