i play with my friends (around my age) on thursday nite (at stapok)... n senior (who r dads n retired) on sunday nite (at poh kwong park)...

thurdays nite usually would be more challenging... double n single game ma... sometime some other seniors turned up n gave me a hard time...

I will be returning to Kuching for the next few weeks, and am thinking of finding a badminton coach to improve my game. Does anyone know of any good coaching at Stapok or any other places? Any idea of the rates? I read about the Winners' place but don't know where it is. Thanks a bunch. :)
