Which Yonex racquet is most flexible w/most head heavy??? Is it MP-88???


right now my vote is on AT800 DE especially the 4U

the 3U and 4U relative head-heaviness is different, 4U is much more heavy

try out josephj's 700 feng, its not really stiff at all. i had one, head heavy, but pretty flexy. yonex likes to mislead ^_^.

yeah, koji, its flexiness is pretty close i think. It's much head heavier though.
Just borrow Khoa's 88 and test it out :)

Feng, I know AT700 is rated as Extra stiff but its really flexible. If you tried it you shoudl know :p

At700 is EXTRA STIFF, even tho it's head heavy...

Most flexible, most head heavy and quite heavy overall is mp77.

MP77 is not stiff as some people may say, ti10 and mp100 is really what stiffness is all about. at700 also i do not find it so call extra stiff.

I believe the flex of a badminton racquet is a measurement of the racquet frame's, which includes both the frame and the shaft, ability to resist distortion, twisting forces and torque, when in dynamic play. It has nothing to do with a shaft's flexibility. A racquet with a low flex but short shaft will feel more stiff than a racquet with an extra stiff flex with a long shaft; and to say that the former has a stiffer flex than the latter can be misleading.
Only when two identical racquets, both having the same composite materials but with one racquet's shaft longer than the other, can one say that the longer shaft racquet's flex is less stiff than the racquet with the shorter shaft. :)
