Yes, it's a good deal. The Winex Ti-10 is supposely a clone of Yonex's Ti-10 but in fact, it's not as it does not have the "muscle" structures on the top half of the frame. In spite of that, it's a very good racquet.

In your other postings, you mentioned you tried it and like it. If that's the case, I would say, go ahead and buy it. I am assuming that your coach is not an authorized Winex dealer and thus there will not be any warranty on the racquet (not that you will need it as the quality is very good).

alrite, ive posted some msgs before concerning wether or not i should get this raquet off of my coach, ive tried it out and now that i found that 100$can is a pretty good price im going to buy it...actually...i already paid for it (geting a brand new one on wed=D) but i guess i just wanted to be insured im getting a good deal:cool:

So...i used T-10 for about 4hrs, testing it out and playing a few matches and i think its great, i was using a heavier raquet before, good for smashing but i want more mobility (playing SMARTER..placement etc)and T10 is great in the sence that its light yet packs awsome power. anyways, when i was using it, once every few shots i can feel so much more power than other shots...if you know what i mean so
>could you pplz tell me a bit about the raquet? sweet spot area and stuff like that?
>a louder "pak" sound was produced sometimes as well
>my coach said that the timing is a LITTLE different than the raquet i used before because T10 is more flexible?

comments and help would be appreciated
thanks, a.cyf

Without a doubt your timing will be out a bit but it is more probable that you are not used to the racket itself, as you say it is lighter and more flexible. Flexible rackets give out power for those that find it difficult to use stiff rackets and are more "defense" orientated. The racket is lighter so if you are using the same force to hit as you were with your old racet you should in theory be swinging a touch too early which will lead to the timing problem.

The power comes from the flex and if your old racket is stiffer and heavier it will take a while to adjust to it, assuming you are using the same/simmilar grip tension etc.

In other words get some practice in and it should work out fine in due course.

As they say, practice makes perfect!
