From many previous threads, Cab-20Special was made in Taiwan, nevertheless,

From the look of this auction and pictures, it looks like Yonex is making Carbonex 20 Special in Japan, not in Taiwan anymore??
The seller has been around for a long time, and from his pictures, it looks like it's a real Yonex racquet. (I have not yet seen a Cab-20 Special, but I think it looks nice from the picture) :)

It shows that Cab-20 Special is also made in Japan.....not just "developed in Japan" (made in Taiwan)

I bought yonex cab 20 special a yr ago...it was stated "made in japan"
but it's not as good as those with sp series....and moreover the price is cheaper than sp series.

In what way are they different? Beside price? But here in Singapore, the SP and SPECIAL version is just different by S$20 to S$30.

hi all,
can anyone advise?....i was told the max. tension you can have on the racket is written on it. so my carbo 20special can go only to 20lbs.
but i read some other players said they used 22lbs to 24lbs on their racket.
how can that be? any advise....anything to do with the skill of the guys that strings the racket?
i have only seen racket with max of 22lbs printed on it. Can anyone recommend a racket that can to 26lbs?
cheers

does your cab20 special has a built in t joint? can you rate the power, stiffness and control from 1 to 5? is this suitable for an intermediate doubles player to use?

I guess it does.
Power/Stiffness/Control
4/4/3
If you are comfortable with it, you can use it anywhere you like.
