Look up, and take a DEEP breath

Hey JR, I realise you are competing in Athens at the moment, so it'll be hard for you to reply to this question (answer when you get back) but I noticed during your and Rikke's game of mixed against New Zealands Dan Shirley and Sara R, you would take a deep breath, look up in the air (somewhere) and then serve??? Is this what you always do, in prep for a serve? Eg imagery???
