If you maximize your upload speed, eMule will allow you to download faster. eMule's built on the premise of give and you shall receive, literally. You also get better queue positions the more you upload. Look at your upload/download ratio under statistics. Higher the better. Other than that, there is no way to do multiple socket connections to a single host like how you could leech FTP if that's what you're thinking about.

Be aware uploading to one user only gives you higher priority in HIS OWN upload queue so you must upload files in priority to the users from who you want to download.

well i download between 0.0 kbps and 9kbps .. i haven't seen anything faster than 9kbps - which is pretty slow

through kazaa i am sumtimes able to get over 200 kbps
