Are there any good clubs in Leeds?
I haven't played in a couple of years but would like to get back into it. A club with a range of abilities would be nice as I have no idea how good/bad I play.
Have transport so places near to Leeds are fine too although I'd prefer not to have to drive too far out of my way.

Where exactly in Leeds are you?

(North, south, east, west, centre, outskirts) or which area?

I live in Headingley, so central or north Leeds would be most convenient.

My Knowledge is unfortunatley limited to East leeds/castleford/York leagues, but these search results may help:

the carnegie sports centre is one of the venues where the yorkshire team play/train, so if you are good, then there might be a good place.

hi,

I also live in Headingley and I would be pleased to find someone to play with in the area. I have been playing for 13 years and I played high standard competitions in France (yes, I am French...:) ).

Hi Elo,

unfortunately I posted wrote that post over 2 years ago and now don't live in Headingley any more!

Also you sound like you are a bit out of my league.
Good luck in finding somebody to play with.

Can anybody play in carnegie? I am looking to play in leeds area. I want to train 3/4/5 times a week as i used to. Most clubs that i've googled play once or twice a week socially but i want to train for competitions. Any help/advice appreciated
