Keat Hong Consticuency Badminton

saw a banner bout keat hong consticuency asking for ppl to represent them in some sports including badminton.. im kind of ineterested but wonder whether i need to pay anything and will they give free training or something? hehe.. sorry if my questions seems to be a stupid one.. :)

I think most likely if there are alot ppl,they will hold and competition get select.
