If you are an intermediate/expert level player, I strongly recommand to go to Don Shula A.C. which is the best place for badminton in Miami/Ft Lauderdale area. They host International competitions every year.

If you are not so serious, try Tamarac first where a few of the players of Don Shula are playing, too. But it was not so organized well when I visited.

It takes 20-30 min drive to each location from Ft Lauderdale.

You dont need to bring a partner there are people of different skill levels you should be able to find people to play with pretty easily, just ask for Richard, Mike or Paul, it would be best for you to bring your own raquet, but borrowing one should not be too hard, either especially if I know that you are coming, also there is someone there that you can buy shuttles/raquests from if needed, so just come :)

We also play at the location below (northern part of Miami, close to the Ft. Lauderdale border line). International competitions are played here.

Between the two locations there is badminton 6 days a week. :D
