I was inspecting my new NS7000 today and almost had a heart attack when I found a grommet that was apparently not aligned with the rest of the holes on the frame!
Closer inspection revealed a similarly misaligned grommet exactly corresponding to the first on the other side of the frame, leading me to believe that this MAY be part of the design.
The grommets/holes in question can be found somewhere between 10 to 11 oclock and 1 and 2 oclock on the racket head.
Can any NS7000 users see if theyve the same?

If you look at the pictures I posted on this thread, you can see a grommet not quite aligned like the rest at the 10 o' clock & 2 o' clock position like you said.. http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19145&page=4&pp=18
I think Yonex made it that way so that the strings don't get in the way of each other. I believe most of the NS7000 owners would have the same grommet hole pattern on their rackets. By the way you really got your NS7000 at a very good price for only  3900 Baht! What is the country code of the NS7000 you got.. SP, JP, TH..? How about giving us your own initial review of your new baby! :D

I hope the stringer for stantan know that so the string would not cross each other. Thanks for Jeremy's good pictures.

those hole alignments are done on purpose, by design.
Same goes for amrortec 800 too.

Phew!
Its a TH model. 3500 baht was the cheapest I could find but I found that later on when I had already got my racket.
Stringing it today. Will post a review when I can.
