View Full Version : BBESPORTS customer service
I'm looking for the best deal for a Ti-10 2u, and it seems like i've found it. I would like to know from BBESPORTS customers about their quality of service when making purchases online. This can include the provisionary of stringing, racquet case, up to date shipping, etc etc.
Thank you for your time and I will be looking forward in reading your responses.
are racquets from bbesports FAKIES? or 100% legitmate YONEX?
cappy75 02-26-2005, 01:35 AM You probably have a better chance of getting a reply from them if you type Mandarin. I emailed them in English before, but never got any replies. I think some BF members have bought from them before. BBESports is definitely legit.
frankcent 02-26-2005, 02:03 AM they are very responsive and quick at everything as long as you talk to them in chinese using instant messengers. they use MSN messenger and QQ, later of which is very popular in China. I modified my order back and forth for at least 5 times before stringing and shipping. I had no problem with them at all. stringing and logo painting are free. no deposit is required for local delivery. I ordered an AT800DE with free BG70 pro and a bag. I talked to them online and my uncle, who is in china right now, paid the bill and received the products. he will bring the racket over to canada in april because shipping costs quite a lot if shipping to canada directly.

MarkinJapan 02-27-2005, 04:12 AM I emailed them in english once and got no reply. Since then i've had a chinese friend email them for me. After that they were quick, friendly, and the goods I ordered (2x ti-10 3u + a ton of string) were 100% authentic.
thumbs up to bbesports.com, I wouldn't hesitiate to buy from them again.
2love2live 02-27-2005, 09:45 AM yeah they have pretty good customer service. they repaired my at800 a week ago. and yes if you speak chinese they are more responsive, i wish they hire me as their email-reader, or english/chinese translator :) and I will only charge 1 buck per deal. :D :o :p

I give it up now :( .
Thanks for the link, it works great, but when i copy the chinese sentences in my email programms, send the mail and look at the mail in "sent" ordner - It`s only rubbish..like this: &4ßßkeik0ß.
If i paste mandarin in word it`s not displayed either.
I think it`s not possible for a european to order at bbesport.
I checked all updates for office and windows to display chinese sentences, but it didn`t work. I sent 3 english mails to bbesport...
I am kind of disappointed, but perhaps the shoes would not have fitted...

Maybe they only have a part time employee (i.e. a student, etc) taking care of english emails. Therefore, it will take much longer than expected?

Netasia 03-01-2005, 11:59 PM need help with chinese translation? PM me. I have imported equipment from them too. They are very repsonsive if you post your request on the "member's only" forum.
bbeChina 03-07-2005, 11:58 PM If you posted the letter to bbesports@hotmail.com ,I think it'll be responsive quickly. The server of BBEsports.com (bbe@bbesports.com) often lose some letter. You probably have a better chance of getting a reply from them if you type Mandarin. cappy75 03-08-2005, 07:04 PM Yes, I have bought from them before and was very satisfied with my purchase. It's a bit pricy though, considering that they accept only money order:(.
www.bbeshop.com (http://www.bbeshop.com/) as well?
frankcent 03-08-2005, 07:47 PM bbeshop.com was the originally belonged to the owner who now operates bbesports.com. there was a dispute somehow between these two. I dont know much about it. I only bought from bbesports.com since they provide local delivery within guangdong province.
mtakako 03-09-2005, 06:40 PM I had order from bbesports twice already and is very happy with there quick reply and service. Definetly one of the best place to get badminton stuff. Shipping is extremely fast too. Both time it was less than 5 business days and I am located in canada.

Both time it was less than 5 business days and I am located in canada.may I ask: how much did you pay for the shipping and what was the item you bought? did you pay any duties for your order? I live in canada too but im very concerned with the shipping and duties. so I had my uncle bring the racket over for me.
mtakako 03-09-2005, 07:15 PM I brought 2 racket from there and the shipping is around 30 -35cdn. It is pretty expensive as it was send by express shipping. The handling weren't crazy since it is handle by canadapost once it enter canada. I have to pay taxes. But it was only like 10 dollar or so. It will definetly be alot cheaper if you uncle can bring it over for you. Although I have to pay for shipping, the racket that I brought there were still cheaper than if I were to buy it locally.
Forget to mention they accepts paypal now. So that make it much easier. :D

I just bought two SwingPower Ti's from BBESports. they replied to each email within 24 hours and I got the custom-strung rackets within 5 working days, shipped to CA. I was impressed with service, and even with shipping the price was pretty good. Especially since I can't find that particular racket in the US now.
