the carbon fibre we heard before is knitted to be pieces from this machine,
http://www.xyqh.com/bbs/attachments/PC231089_KHms.jpg
from this machine, the carbon fibre which likes string can be knitted to be a piece ,just like caddice to sweater.
http://www.xyqh.com/bbs/attachments/PC231088_KSn3.jpg
after knitted, the carbon fibre must be covered by some special paper, for the sake of preventing induration.
http://www.xyqh.com/bbs/attachments/PC231083_HN4p.jpg
the fibre , long and dark, is the original form of a racquet.
http://www.xyqh.com/bbs/attachments/PC231093_91vv.jpg
smoothing machine, makes the fibre to be smooth.
http://www.xyqh.com/bbs/attachments/PC231090_J2NX.jpg
insert air pipe, which shaped the racquet when hitted. guess what the racquet is. ^__^

this one is tennis racquet. inserting air pipe too.
http://www.xyqh.com/bbs/attachments/PC231091_KWWq.jpg
the fibre after inserting air pipe , will be sent here
http://www.xyqh.com/bbs/attachments/PC231094_mIqZ.jpg
sent to the mold, different racquets need different mold.after heating, the shape can be molded.
http://www.xyqh.com/bbs/attachments/PC231099_KI8W.jpg
after heating the original fibre and blowing the air pipe, can a racquet be made.
http://www.xyqh.com/bbs/attachments/PC231100_G2H7.jpg
rosin spills over after heating, the racquets need burnished.
http://www.xyqh.com/bbs/attachments/PC231101_fLTk.jpg
this is called carbon mid-pipe ,which forms the shafts of badminton racquets

near shoot, the yellow scrip on it tells the which model it suits.

the toughness and the torsion of a racquet lie on the thickness of those iron sticks .

So is there any way to get a racket re-painted? The paints on my racket falls a little every time I scratched it with the ground. Now the damage even makes the graphite indie shows up.

You have already started a thread on this matter, please don't double post on the topic, or hijack this thread on racquet making. :) Just patiently wait for responses on your other thread.
