hi JR i would like to know where you look when the opponent hit, do you look at the shuttle to don't get fooled by deception or are you looking at his movement, trying to read his mind. I know that the best is to check both but what are your triing to focus on first.
and when you hit how much time you take to look where the opponent are positioned, When you have the time. against would you prefer to make a least good shot but at the right place, or you focus on you shot before all.
