2005 USBDF Spring Junior Open

Events : Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles, all flights
Flights : Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15, Under 17, Under 19, and Under 22. Players’ age must be under the age category as of 12/31/05. Maximum 3 events per player.
Deadline: Friday,April 8, 2005. Late entries will not be accepted. Entry received after this date will not be guaranteed a free tournament T-shirt.
Fees : $ 30.00 per person for the first two events and$ 5.00 per person for the third event. Make checks payable to USBDF. (Fee includes a tournament T-shirt, shuttlecocks, and Sunday Pizza Luncheon ).
Eligibility: 05 USBDF Spring Jr. Open is open to all badminton junior players. It requires USAB membership. Tournament -only ($ 25.00) or Junior memberships ($20.00)may be purchased by going to www.usabadminton.org or at the tournament desk.
Prizes : Trophies will be awarded for first and second place as well as for consolation winners.

Sun, April 24 9:00 - finish Semi and Final Rounds
Draw will be available online at www.tournamentsoftware.com on Apr 20, 2005. The main draw schedule is subject to change.

Conditions:
1. Events maybe combined or played round robin format if not enough entries are received.
2. Consolation draws will be held for each event.
3. Up to two YONEX feather shuttlecocks per match will be provided free of charge.
4. All matches will be played in the best of 3 games of 15 (BS & BD & MX ) with the exception of GS (11).
5. A default time of 10 minutes will be strictly enforced for all matches. On court warm ups is limited to 5 minutes max.
6. 04 USBDF Winter Jr Open results and 04 Junior National results (up to 5th Place) will be used for seeding arrangement.
7. Each Player in a Doubles partnership must submit a separate entry form.
8. Entries will not be refunded if canceled after April 11, 05.
9. Tournament Director reserves the right to change any of the above conditions.
10. OCBC reserves the right to reject any Entry, which will then be returned along with the Entry Fee.
