JR please tell them: "I would tell you, but then I would have to kill you, or naturalise you to become Danish". :P

That would be funny but Jonas is far too polite to say anything along those lines.

Here's an idea!
Why don't you go to the front page of this forum and in the "search forum" field type in "training"? It gave me 3 pages worth of threads that are in this forum and are about one part of training or other.
A basic reply from Jonas about his training schedule would be:

It´s really difficult to give you a stanard set-up of a week for me. In competition periods we focus alot on playing matches and in off season the focus is more on our physics.
I don´t want to venture more into this as I would just misguide you.
All I can tell you is that vacation in a city in Russia.
I have to think about what I do compared to my career even if I´m sunbathing in Hawaii.
That´s the mental side I´m always practicing.
And no it´s no secret. Even if it was I would think i´t was wrong as we need to help develop other countries and show them some of our expertices.
That´s just my opinion.
Kind Regards
Jonas

Hi JR,
I found this on Gail Emms blog. http://www.gailemms.com/index/13/training.html
It contains her Typical Training Day (Monday to Friday), On-court Training Practices, Off-court Training, and Cardiovascular training.
Oh, how I wish you can make something like this. But I know you're very busy.
Nonetheless, you might want to check out how the English players train. This way, you'd be able to know their secret (bwahahaha ... evil laugh). Just kidding.
Have a nice day c",)
