View Full Version : Nutrition
i'm just curious to what all of you do for nutrition and what is your typical week's activity.
For me: I go to the gym to lift weights 2-3 times a week and play badminton 3-5 times.
Nutrition wise, i drink abt 40g of protein thru shakes everyday, along with glcosamine chrondition and vit C as and when i feel like i need it (eg joint discomfort and cold symptoms respectively)
i am also trying to limit my calorie intake to 2000 per day. NOT EASY ! hehe
well, this is my diet. comments? and what's your diet and supplements?

Hahah.. you want to be a bodybuilder? I think the appropiate amount of calorie intake for you is 2500 and not 2000. You just need to avoid fatty foods. This is my expertise when comes to nutrition. Maybe i can talk to you bout it online. :)

Unless you're over 300lbs or over 20%BF, I would suggest you consume a lot more than 2000 cals unless you have averaged 2500 for more than a month and only maintained weight and bodyfat.
