Taufik was very very disappointed with PBSI recently, not only that he was banned from 2 big tournaments this year, his position in the SEA Games was replace by Rony and now that the PBSI did not let him go to Denmark.
He said that he is too disappointed and very soon he will submit his letter to the PBSI.
For those who understand Indonesian can read bolanews.com for more detail.
What a headache!!!
obviously the PBSI needs a complete overhaul. ! ! !

Well,i really supports him if he wants to retire as playing for PBSI does not provide him much prospect of the future.
Just look at Heryanto Arbi and Ricky Subagja, they are like being abandoned by the PBSI.
Luckily, Tony Gunawan is smart enough to quit PBSI but too bad,he did not want to play for other country,
The next factor which irks me most is about the money. PBSI is very corrupted with regarding to money. They only give the players a little bit of money and they took the rest.
When the players failed to win, they get scolded as if being scolded by a Judge.
In Indonesia itself, there are actually more talented player than what they are in the current PBSI.
I believe the number will be more than those of the Chinese (China).
That's explain why there are many Indonesian player abroad playing for England, Hong Kong, Taiwan, England, Belgium, Wales, Sweden, Singapore and many more.
So,in conclusion,Taufik all the way and quit for Indonesia and get a better future outside.

I don't think he will quit from the PBSI, i think he just wants to let people know how he feels. By doing this i think hes hoping the PBSI will realise what their doing

tell him to wait a while!!!
in november PBSI leadership is changing
so there's a chance for a complete change
and PBSI should re-hire mulyo handoyo
then taufik will stay

If it's true then I think Taufik would get the change he has always wanted that is to get rid of those people sitting there and irritating him.
Otherwise it would best for him to just retire from PBSI and go and play aboard; like what Fung Permadi, Ronald, Indra Wijaya, Agus and etc did. Sad to say but he will get all the support from me.
GO TAUFIK !!!
PBSI has no right to ban a talented player like Taufik. Taufik belongs to the international badminton movement. It will be a crime to detroy such a talented player. mbelinda wrote:

As suspected, I knew already PBSI got some internal problem, otherwise why Taufik was left out in the recent major tournament esp the SEA games and etc...does not make any sense right? He's considered the best single player. If the problem keep on persist, there's no point for him to continue his interest with PBSI. There are so many other countries in the world which are interested on him. Just make your choice, Taufik.....

He once said that he was offered a scholarship in one of the university in Jakarta and intend to continue his study as he knows that badminton can't guarantee (spelling pls) his future.
