Hey..I just turned on my TV and there's women's badminton on ch 397 WTSN (Bell Express Vu)

It finishes at 8 pm.. apparently started at 6

What did you guys in Canada do to get so much badminton
on TV? I remember when I was there (for many years) 6
years ago, there's none.

that's because all the regular pro sports are slowly dying here, all the good players are going to the US teams for the big buck. Maybe the CBC is injecting new sport events to test audience acceptance. That's ok with me, more badminton and less basketball, baseball, hockey, football suit me just fine. Oh yah, sorry, that mean it's bad for you amercian badminton fans :( :lol:

All the pros go to the US, so we can watch more badminton here. :p
nothing against basketball, because I love the sport, or Hockey, and Football even.
I just want to see more Canadian teams, playing sports in Canada; so we know where our grass roots levels lie.... we get enough international sports exposure, now we want to see how our Canadians compare against the world.
