<html>Something puzzling.<br>Noticed Indo doubles pair of Halim/Sigit were put in the seeding of both All Englnad and Swiss Open.<p>Can anybody explain why a pair ranked in the thirties are seeded above pairs ranked 10 to 20?<br>Realise that some discretion should be allowed but seems quite extreme!!
