My friend got a Winex from Bras Besah and Toa Payoh Safra also takes in Winex but very limited selection.

You can try Sintec at Tampines Telepark or this small shop at Ang Mo Kio Central Hawker Centre/Wet Market. Choices are quite limited.

Believe Artric Sports will stil offer the best deal.
