My ideal badminton gym will have these qualities:

- Smash City's flooring
- Smash City's court spacing
- UBC's queuing system
- GGBC's ceiling height
- Smash City's lighting
- Smash City's color scheme
- UBC's coaching staff
- Bingtang's fees
- Location: between West San Jose and Sunnyvale :D

How about you?

Yup! Yup! "Willingness to listen to players" is probably one of the most important good customer service qualities and I suppose we agree it's true willingness, not lip service.

Bintang's Khuu is indeed a very nice guy. I came across this interesting 2004 article/interview with him by the Sunnyvale Sun for your viewing pleasure (in case it hasn't been posted  ), http://www.svcn.com/archives/sunnyvalesun/20040421/sv-news1.shtml.

Badminton rules! :D

Since it is "dream", why not,

Larry Allision and other billionaires here donate 10 millions a year to Bintang to upgrade their existing gym - get the rest of the warehouse space for 15 more courts, no membership fee, free shuttle birds, free gatorades, free lockers, free lessons, ....

plus some of jdileo's suggestions.

Actually Phu already post this article in Bintang. It's on the counter-top next to the work-out machines. :)
