It is a yonex nano speed 8000. I have not paid yet, but I sent a request for the serial number and the pics of the single pass grommets. I just want to know, if I know this racquet is fake for sure, what can I do about it? Will be charged a non-paying fee?

Tell him that u know the racket is fake, therefore, u will not make the payment. Mostly, the fake seller will back off, as they know they break the laws, and won't dare to do anything against u.

Even though expensive u get some good quality stuff. If a fake, u might save on paper, but u can burn quite a bit $$$ with a crap in no time :cool:
