This is my first time photographing a sports event and first time photographing badminton, so I was doing testing and trials before the mens singles on Wednesday to figure out good angles and AF reliability. Here are some samples.

Yannie already has a lot of Cai's photos, enough for a series release of his collection. By the way, if u hav limited film, maybe u can try focus on any other players except Cai. :D:D:D LOL to yannie...

p/s: no offence to all Cai Yun's fans out there... except yannie...:D:D:D

That's your first time photographing badminton and doing trials and test?!!!!!!!! You've got to be kidding me.

That's pro-level shots there ... lively shots, emotions of subjects, clear WOW! Looking forward to more, as Kwun said! :D

Nice shots! You must have brought big lenses to the venue. :)

Hi there,
great shots! You must be shooting with a really bright telephoto to freeze the action like that from the gallery. I'm guessing 70-200/2.8 or 300mm prime? Are there any restrictions on cameras/lenses you can bring into the stadium?

Cheers
