Vrc Tonight

Hey guys I'm here ( sorry PeteLSD, Friday was a gong show - never got back to my inlaws place until 8:30 pm) and intend to wander out to play tonight.

Won't be 100% yet with my knee, but at least I can play. Will aim for 10 pm as it's my youngests 2nd birthday today and he'll be wired with cake until 9pm.

No problem Vining :). I was there at 6:37 PM but managed to find a group of people to play with :D. So, I didn't bore myself completely. Hey, it's my B Day too! Remember 30 mins bikes plus 30 mins of weight on the legs before heading to the court ;).

Thank you! We had a fun night at VRC with Vining and the usual gang. Early breakfast was a new experience for Nao :cool: - our Japanese friend was quite amazed by the gang's energy at 3:00 AM :D:D:D. Many thanks to Speed78 for a free meal ;).

Back in Cowtown - I was hoping to do dim sum, but too much going on. Knee wasn't too bad - it only hurt the one time, but given it was for a nifty little back hand cross-court net shot, the pain was worth it.:D


It anything my shoulder hurt from miss hitting my backhand. At least I was starting to get use to my old SP-9000s again. Let off a few bombs. Pete will have to let me know what he thinks of the string I gave him.

Hope to have the body and swing back at 100% by fall ( may be back for the Labour day long weekend)

Well, I am waiting for the strings to break first before I can use it. So, just wait :D:D:D. BG-70 Pro is a very tough string so it will take a couple of weeks to make it pop.
