I train for four years now, I have average technique, but my smash is quite strong though. But there is this problem I have.
When preparing for smash, I'm heading lateral to the net, with my left arm in the air and my right arm behind (something like a disc thrower). The problem is that I bend to the left side just too much in the time of the impact like just like when playing the overhead forehand.
Please give me some tips on how to correct that mistake
