I saw there was a post about making a mini shuttlecock, and there's some available in stores. But are there any mini racquets that look real and able to hang around on bags?!! or have anyone tried making one? :D

...haha...sounds like a pretty cool art project...maybe get some wire of some kind...and make a rough frame...then build it up with something like paper or something...and then you can decide on the colours of your original racquet...you might want to find someway you can protect the shape of the thing since it'll probably be pretty weak...well...hope you can find some other ideas and good luck...:D

As for the mini shuttles, I know Hi Qua has some- quite cheap, or just type "mini shuttlecock" and you should find pictures of them. There's mini badminton racquets, but they are just either silver or gold, so I'm still searching for more realistic ones =)

You could get them online =) just search for mini shuttlecock in google or yahoo ^^- or you could make one yourself! got instructions somewhere on this site...
