You can try taking the Path into Manhattan and check out NYCB's westside place on tuesdays. There are also two other places in Manhattan that are easily accessible by subway.

On saturdays try taking an hour long subway ride to the www.brooklynbadminton.com (http://www.brooklynbadminton.com)
Tuesday: @ Humanities High School. entrance at 351 W. 18th St. b/t 8th & 9th Ave. 7th floor. Gym info: 5 courts on wood floor and 6 courts on concrete floor. All courts are indoors. * Open hours ( 6:30pm to 10:30pm)
Friday: @ High School of Art and Design. entrance at 56th St. b/t 2nd & 3rd Ave. Gym info: 6 courts on wood floor, indoors. * Open hours ( 6:30pm to10:30pm )
Sunday:@ High School of Art and Design. entrance at 56th St. b/t 2nd & 3rd Ave. Gym info: 6 courts on wood floor, indoors. * Open hours: Group Training (http://www.nycbadminton.com/txschedule.htm) ( 11:30am to 1:30pm ) ; Regular Practice ( 1:30pm to 5:45pm )
