Why exactly are they worn?If i am right the inner socks are thinner and on them normal socks are worn.
Double socks does not mean wearing two normal socks on another ..right?

Assuming that you're refering to badminton dress.. people wear double layed socks? What the! :confused:

to prevent blisters

with a single sock, you can get movement between foot and sock

with a double sock, movement is suppposed to happen between inner sock and outer sock.

I did search...maybe i din't use the right key words.

Anyways, might as well get on with it.So is the inner socks thinner or not?

nope, it isn't.

well, they might be... but thats entirely up to the individual.
certainly some socks are made thicker than others, but theres not exactly an "inner sock" that we can find on store shelves...
