Good to hear that Chong/Lee is having a good comeback. I think they will win this title. I think up to the Olympics 2004, they also have a good record against Fu/Cai.

Unbelievable, even with all the top pairs abstaining from China Masters, China can only get 1 pair to the semi-final, the younger pair of Guo Zhendong/Xie Zhongbo. Sang Yang/Zheng Bo is also going downhill and haven't impressed in this year.

I hope the Msian can make a great comeback by winning this Master series. Then to the major Opens.

A good start by Rexy eh :) Well, its always good to have one or two strong Malaysian pair in the top 10. A matchup between a Malaysian pair and an Indonesian pair is always very exciting and tense. I recalled many matches in the Thomas Cup, WC, All-England, and Olympics (especially involving Cheah Soon Kit...where is he now?).

Lin Dan bt Kaldau 15-7, 15-8
Zhu Weilun bt Wu Yunyong 15-5, 15-4
Bao Chunlai bt Kuan Beng Hong 15-7, 15-8
Chen Yu bt Ng Wei 17-14, 15-7

Isn't Zhu Weilun the #1 junior player in 2000? I thought he was the 1st, Lin Dan was the 2nd player, and Bao Chunlai was the 3rd... Just curious why I never heard his name in most competitions b4http://www.badmintoncentral.com/vb/images/smilies/confused.gif ...

^^
No BCL got gold and Sony DK got silver. Lin Dan and Lee CW both were semi-finalists.

Yeah we only see ZWL in the China Tournaments. But then again, 80% of the players in this tournament we will probably only see in China Open this year. Judging from his profile, he may not be an extremely big potential as he's already 23 and hasn't shown spark at the national level.
