hey, i understand that raw power will allow me to lunge jump and recover quicky, but is that what i want as a player, im a defensive player and i like to rally with my oppentent nowing i am fitter then them 9 times out of ten, so should i improve my strenght aspect our focuse on my defensive tecnique and fittness
to cut a long story short should i improve my strenghts and make them really strong our should i improve my weakness?
