I swear, i beat the schoolteam( im 14)and the teachers, so now i have to wait till february for the local school tournaments. But how can i prepare or improve myself???

P.S: i only take 1 lesson every week because i live outside the city.

P.S: i only take 1 lesson every week because i live outside the city.I'm sorry but you sound really cocky, over yourself. I mean naming a title of something like that just to ask a question makes me want to play you heads on :| There will always be better players.

But yeah back to the topic. Best way to keep in shape is look for new place you can play at with more an real chanllenging people to get more experiance, or work on your muscle.

My weight training and physiology and human atamony teacher taught me some great tricks taht you use generally for badminton. Especially the antebrucial area is a muscle that helps you smash.Work that out with your hand weights if you have any.

But the real thing you should work at is foot work. Go jog 2 mile a day or every other day. I'm doing soccor conditioning and it's helping me alot.

yeah sorry dude, i think i just got a bit worried and frustrated by the situation here. what i meant was theres no one TO play. I just moved from Holland to china so... Still, im searching for a month now and it seems that theres somthin interesting IN beijing.

By the way, thx for the tips. those bold letters title was a mistake. me first time

Only one lesson every week? :eek: You are lucky! :D Some people don't even get lessons once a year. :p
