Since I've started playing badminton this year I have noticed the development of my right arm compared to my left (right handed). As my strength through play has increased I've noticed a "badminton" muscle grow!
I just wondered if this is a common or a symptom of poor technique on my part. The location of my baddy muscle is at the back of my shoulder (cup the top of your shoulder with left hand and it is immediatley below your finger tips). Would be great to find out the name of the baddy muscle.. guess I need to do some weights to bring the left arm/shoulder in line :p

yeah it is usually the forearm muscles that are bigger, i have noticed this and still have a difference in my arms its kinda weird i look at one side of my arms (right sided cause right handed) and its pretty built then i look to the left side and its like smaller its kinda weird when you go swimming and all that but oh well. as for the rest of the torso (abs, pecs, etc) for me they are relatively the same with the exception of the right pec being a bit larger. as for legs i have not noticed that one is larger than the other. as for some of the pros its like that for all sports when you use one side of your body more than the other, for badminton you can see it alot i also remember tennis one guys right hand was huge and his left was small i was like what the...oh well just work on the smaller side and it will be up to your larger side in not to long.
