Can anyone tell me the difference between PN-1013 and PN-1004 stainless steel badminton and squash swivel clamps? Why is the PN-1004 more expensive than the PN-1013? The PN-1004 sells for USD70 and the PN-1013 sells for USD40.

PN-1013 is a better clamp despite its lower price, which I believe is a special promotion price. PN-1013 will normally sell for more than PN-1004.

PN-1004 is old and out of stock.
PN-1013 is defect IMO. The teeth is out of center linea. The clamp will turn and loose 1 to 2 mm after release the tension.

I wonder if the much vaunted PN-1012 can fit badminton? If not, you can buy another vendor's clamps and then take them to a machinist to create new posts to fit your machine.

P.S.: Don't you have a Laserfibre/Stringway machine? If so, why do you want to buy Eagnas clamps? None of my business, of course. Just curious.

Not if you position the clamp base into a position slightly offset to the line of the string and swivel clamp. If the swivel clamp turns then you are not positioning the clamp base optimally. If the swivel clamp slacks a little then you are not clamping the base tight enough.

I used Flex-740 with this clamp for more than a year. I know what I saying here about PN-1013 clamp.

A swivel clamp will turn if you don't align the clamp jaw line in a true straight line with the two ends of the string you are tensioning. When the string at both ends is not so aligned with the clamp jaw line, it is natural for the clamp to move, the greater the degree of misalignment the greater the turn. I use the same swivel clamp on an Eagnas Easy-3 for longer than you and I don't seem to share your problem. Perhaps, if you or any of your friends happen to drop in when travelling to Hong Kong, I will be glad to give a demonstration.

Yes, it is exactly the same one, with diamond-coated teeth. BTW having the clamp line/teeth off-centre from the clamp shaft or body anchor is irrelevant. I think your washers-both smooth ones and the special "pimpled one"-are not in the best of shape.
I string all racquets routinely to 30+lbs and I have no problem. Perhaps you can dismantle your two clamp assemblies and take a snap and let me have a look. You can test out if your washers need replacement by doing this simple test. String a racquet using the Yonex stringing pattern for the mains using 30lbs on the last main string on the sides (the one going into grommet #12B and coming out from #11T), then clamp it firmly with your swivel clamp but in true alignment. It it turns or slacks, then your clamp washers need attention.
