Hello to all BF members.. Currently bluejeff might be starting a group ordering for players who are interested with purchasing Yonex Ti-10. Further notice will be posted! Leave a post here so bluejeff will know how many Ti-10 need to be order. Also, be specific which version do you (3U5 or 2U4).

And if people don't know what is going on. Just read The reason for Ti-10 to discontinue (showthread.php?t=27485).

Please note that, if you only need 1 racket, then I don't think it is worth the trouble to join the group ordering (because you will not save much after adding on the S&H cost). So, I say, you'll need to order at least 2 or 3 rackets in order to balance off the add-on S&H cost or find some friends of you who need Ti-10 as well. This is especially important to people who live outside Canada & USA.

Please use PM to reach me if you have any related question.

malayali,
If you live close to Houston or if you come to Houston area often, then you can order whatever amount you want as long as you pick them up yourself :) (since there will be no shipping required)

Also, available options are:
2UG4, 2UG5, and 3UG4. (For 3UG5, I will have to find it)

well, I too would want to have one... BlueJeff, can you please tell me how much would it cost? I am in College station, TX... and I don't think I travel much outside my town.. so I would have to order just one for myself.

thx,

As for now, I think it will be around $120USD/each, + S&H from Houston,TX to your location if shipping is needed. (The racket cost already includes the wire fees and international shipping fees and all other related fees.)

badmad, if you cannot come to houston to pick it up, then ask some of your friends and see if they can make it. Shipping from Houston to College Station is just not worth the extra cost.

I am thinking (but still not sure) using Fedex as the carrier for all in state shipments.

Therefore, for US 48-states people, S&H will most likely be:
1-2 rackets: $10
3-4 rackets: $15
5+: contact me and I will have to see the box size.
Prices above includes tracking number and shipping insurance.

For outside US people, I guess I can only use USPS services. You need to contact me by PM and see what would the rate be.

If anyone goes to SGVBC and is group ordering, I would like to pick one up from them if possible.

I guess not, since people here are still thinking about getting the racket, so far, we have not yet come up with an exact number we are going to order.

I am going to call this off because it seems to me that many people don't understand the difference of individual order and group order.

It's ok, I am just getting tired of people trying to bargain the price. Every time people do that, I will have to explain to people that I am not the one who is selling the rackets. Basically, I just let people know the prices provided by the store + S&H. Some people even used the ebay prices (most likely for fakes) in conversation, and they think Ti-10s should be $30/racket if ordered in large amount. (Of course that will never happen, genuine racket manufacture cost is a lot more expensive than that)

I understand. I think you've done more than enough :)

hi bluejeff. This is a great attempt by you.

I myself am looking for a TI-10 (YES STILL YET!....haven't been able to find one to replace my broken racquet :( ) in 3U/G5.

If you ever embark on this yourself or with some others, please PM me. The price you quoted awhile back looks right.

This racquet is just a classic to me.

Lol.

Lol.

Seriously, some people are just so funny in their understanding of simple concepts :p (and at the same time frustrating!)

I can't confirm yet, but I am most interested.

Agree, it's funny. :p :D

Anyway, if anyone wants some Ti10s, I have two SP 2Us in excellent to near mint condition. One with BG-80 at 24/27lbs. and the other with BG-66 at 23/25lbs. I'm willing to sell them for $110 each shipped in the U.S. Or both for $210 shipped in the U.S. If out-of-country, shipping will be extra. Please e-mail me at: dan@dcautoparts.com if interested. :)

My old Ti3 was either a 2U or U, the NS8000 a 3U. Missing that light weight action :(

This group order is closed and it's in progress already, while a newer one can be made anytime if there is enough of people.

wow...this is a funny thread... I guess ppl are sure having a hard time understanding the group order "CONCEPT"

Although this is closed let me make sure i understand this (we could make a sticky for "group order policies" - blue jeff might wish to start that thread)

How it works:
1) each individual MUST order 2+ racquets at the price BlueJeff was quoted + shipping to your address
1a) Pay BlueJeff (that's important)

2) BlueJeff collects all these individual orders and makes ONE bulk order of the racquets so that it is all sent to ONE shipping address

3) BlueJeff then ships each individual order to the participating individuals who made the order.

4) ALL BC members are happy they get their racquets and play away

** No bargaining...the price is stated AS IS **
** BlueJeff is a trusted an respected BC member **
** This is not a scam ** (right BlueJeff??? :p )

Errrr...I'd say nevermind. Again, BlueJeff said in Post # 12, the Group Buy is cancelled.

For your own benefit. If you really wanted one Ti-10, you could get one ordered, but with the cost of shipping and handling to BlueJeff and all, you would probably pay a lot more for a single racquet. Ordering 2+ would make the best out of your money.

A bunch of Ti-10s arrived my door this afternoon as expected. I quickly packaged them up with special-ordered boxes and now they are on their way to your places. For those of you who are in the group order (before I stopped taking in people), please check your email for the shipping & tracking details.

For those of you who are interested in joining the group order, please be patient and wait for the next round.
